We provide a bright & modern air conditioned, comfortable child friendly reception / lounge area with LCD display screens to watch your car go through the rolling road MOT brake tests & computerised laster tracking live. Free tea & coffee, free WiFi and a smoking area is available. The reception area is seperated from the workshop and is available for all of our customers.

If you do require additional work one of our advisors will contact you & quote accordingly. No repair work will be carried out without your approval/authorization this ensures repair bills do not spiral out of your control, & you are fully aware of the costs.

Other garages may charge more for there MOT's & will offer you free items I.E. bulbs, wipers etc with your MOT, but what if you don’t need them? You still pay for these items even though you do not need them.

Go shopping while we carry out a service, MOT or repair on your car, you can leave it all day free of charge.

Free car parking for all of our customers, whether you are booked in for work or not, call in to reception & pick up a parking pass.

We provide a "No nonsense guarantee" on all of our work. All repairs carried out come complete with a Nationwide Guarantee. You don't have to pay any extra for this!

All our work comes with a nationwide guarantee via our affiliation with Unipart Automotive & Alliance Autocentres (BSI Kite mark approved). If you encounter any warrantable rectification work then this can be taken care of throughout the UK! Thanks to our membership in this scheme, any Unipart Car Care Centre can carry out this rectification work free of charge to you! Unipart Car Care Centre’s form a network of over 1,300 garages supported by a nationwide guarantee and a customer service pledge.

All our tyres are purchased in the UK, EU approved & are fully guaranteed. If there are any defects due to faulty workmanship or materials, we promise to replace the tyre for a brand new one (regardless of remaining tread depth & mileage covered) free of charge for up to three years.

When carrying out customer surveys, one of the points raised was customer worries about driving their own cars into the workshop and on to ramps. Our policy was changed so now the customer hands the keys over to the receptionist and waits in our comfortable waiting area while we are responsible for driving your car on and off ramps. Other requests now implemented are: free tea & coffee, a small kids toy area, free wireless internet and an outside seating/smoking area in warmer weather.
